Do you often have no idea what to eat in Chiayi City? As a student entering the fourth year of college in Chiayi, I would like to recommend and share some delicious restaurants in Chiayi City to you!

    The first delicious restaurant I want to share is Little Plate Cafe and Brunch (小盤子早午餐).  Actually, there are so many delicious brunch restaurants in Chiayi City, but this one, Little Plate Cafe and Brunch, is really impressive for me not only because of its food but also its atmosphere. The restaurant is filled with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, providing me with a great dining experience. Furthermore, the food is very abundant and nutritional, including French toast, lettuce salad, fresh fruit, French fries, and so on, and what I recommend the most is French toast! The taste is very moist but not greasy at all, and I even haven't tasted this kind of flavor and taste anywhere else before. What's more, every time I finish a plate of brunch there, I feel so full and satisfied!

    The second one is a cute style dessert shop called Little Fox (小狐狸). The dining space in this shop is very relaxing, and every time I need a quiet place to rest or have afternoon tea, Little Fox is often my first choice, which is one of the reasons why I recommend it. Of course, its desserts are all very delicious. The ingredients used in its desserts are all very good, and the sweetness is adjusted perfectly, not too sweet. As for my favorite dessert in this shop is the Earl Tea flavored Thousand Layer Cake! The taste of the cake is very delicious and full of fragrant, and it is also deeply ingrained in my heart! Hurry up and go to Little Fox with friends for a cup of coffee and dessert!

    The last restaurant I stumbled upon online is a bistro with a great atmosphere. It is The Jia Jiu Place (呷酒餐酒館). Please don't think that the meals in this bistro are just an accompaniment. Their dishes are very special and delicious. The style of the meal combines Western and Chinese styles, and this fusion of Chinese and Western flavors does not conflict but instead has a unique flavor. What I recommend the best in this restaurant is Fried Pork Filet with Malt Stew Sauce. This dish is very special. The fried pork is very delicious and juicy. It is paired with silk shaped guava which makes the pork taste pretty special and refreshing. It’s a delicious taste I have never tested in other places before, so it really impresses me!
